Building Department Applications & Forms

PLEASE NOTE: AS OF JANUARY 1, 2026, ALL PERMIT APPLICATION SUBMITTALS MUST BE DESIGNED TO THE 2025 NYS UNIFORM CODE. 

PDFs on a USB flash drive must be submitted for each of the following application types: New House, Addition/Alteration, Patios, Driveways, Swimming Pools & Denials.  Resubmissions in response to a Notice of Objections for any of the preceding permit applications must also be submitted with revised PDFs.
